Elbow... Elmo... Wrist...
I made the mistake of telling Violet that she has an elbow today. I should have known... it sounds just like ELMO!!! You all know of her love for Elmo from this previous post. So now she thinks she has a body part called "Mel-Mo"... but not only that, she doesn't get that you've gotta bend your arm to find your elbow... so she points to her wrist and calls it "Mel-Mo"! What is Mommy doing to you, Violet?!!

So funny! Abigail for a while thought it was a boo-boo and kept saying boo-boo. We tried to show her the difference between a boo-boo and an elbow and it eventually did the trick. She calls her elbow memo. You just gotta love this mommy life we have!! :)
