Well hello there!! {and Sea World}

Ahhh, the blog break. Gosh it's really been a while. I'm sure yall had all but given up on me! ;) Well, it started out when I came down with tonsillitis the week before our vacation and that was a rough one... but, I managed to get over it just as we were leaving for South Texas. I'll probably have to break this one down into several posts due to the amount of pictures. We had a great time with our family and extended family! Much needed break from the routine and some great memories made :) First stop was San Antonio for Weston's first (and very hot) Sea World visit, then Harlingen for one night and a few dental checkups, then we headed to relax at South Padre for the week, and finally back to Harlingen for the next week to help clean out Nana's house. The amount of times my very SWEET husband packed, unpacked and repacked the car along the way is just plain wrong, but he was definitely a sport and we all had a great time!

Violet, being a three year old, wanted a picture all by herself

First stop, Shamu... did I mention it was H.O.T.... ugh

but then ran to mommy!! only to tell me she doesn't want to do it again... and now even when we go on a high overpass in the car she says "mommy it's too high!" that's ok little girl, mommy will sit the roller coasters out with you :)

this reminds me of monet's 'water lilies'... the colors maybe? but anyway we got to watch a diver clean off the inside of the glass!

hey look it's a picture and i'm in it! i am always the one behind the camera, but violet and i were going to ride the shamu mini-rollercoaster :)

funny thing, she didn't like this at all!

Violet wanted no part of this! but, Wes was sorta ok with it :)

we retook this picture from last year in a picnic spot we like to stop at. i can't believe how much bigger Violet is and how much longer her hair is!
