We are so proud of Violet and everything that she has been learning lately. It seems as though every day she accomplishes something new... buckling her car seat, saying a new word, working her puzzles better, vocalizing her every need :) Her favorite numbers are "8" and "9". She picks these out with ease. She loves letters and she "spells" when she sees her name by making short and quick vowel sounds! Her absolute favorite book right now is Miss Spiders Tea Party. We are so excited about it all, but at the same time it is a reminder that she is just growing up waaaaay too quickly! Tomorrow night we will go to her "Meet the Teacher" night at her Mother's Day Out. She will begin a week from Thursday, going twice a week. Adjustments are ahead for both Violet and Mommy. Say a prayer for us!!!
Here she is saying "yellow" tonight :) Please note that she does have the hiccups too!

I am completely amazed Violet recognizes her name and letters already! You are awesome! The girls have just finally started talking, it is like a switch flipped and the lights turned on for them. It is so good to see how you all are doing!
