"It's a good thing"

Well, in fact, there are really TWO "good things" in this post...and I think Martha would definitely give her seal of approval on these two completely handmade goodies!

Let's begin with the Baby Be Blessed gift card that Violet received for her birthday from Kylie, a good friend of mine. We got to completely customize this precious doll exactly like we wanted her to be! Not only that but she also has a scripture on her tummy that we personally chose for Violet!! Their mission is to spread the Word of God one doll at a time! This home business is being blessed with lots of orders because it took a while to get her, however it was worth the wait. Violet loves her! Thanks again, Kylie!!


The second "good thing" is this handy and completely precious all in one napmat! My sweet friend, Kristi, that I taught with a few years back now has her own baby boutique home business called Hot Tot Designs. She makes the CUTEST kid aprons and chef hats, burp cloths, diaper case covers and other custom items as well. She is a true talent! She made Violet this napmat for her Mother's Day Out that she is starting tomorrow... (gulp!) The attached blanket is sooooo soft and extra big to snuggle up with and it also has a built in pillow. It rolls up nicely and has an elastic handle that makes it easy to carry. +Plus she even monograms your child's name on it! Just slip off the cover and throw it into the wash... super easy! I'm thinking this would be perfect later for sleepovers as well! It's wonderful! Thanks Kristi!
