lazy susan and santorum

Hey there! It's been a little while since I've posted, so I figured I'd show yall a little of what we have been up to lately :)

A friend of mine turned me on to this cute blog which had a great marker organization idea! Turning a lazy susan into an art supply holder is so easy. Our problem has been that the crayons/markers/whathaveyou have always been tucked away and not easily accessible for Violet. Since I put this together she sits at our table working on her whateveritis all the time now! It's great and looks cute too!

Speaking of more art projects, we cut out the Paris paper city made by joel. I had pinned this a while back and had been wanting to do it with Violet. Once I got the card stock I printed it and set it aside. The next day Violet comes out of my room holding the Eiffel Tower SO excited and so we went ahead and set up our city :) It's great explaining each historic icon from the French city. This girl truly loves Paris! Can't wait to take her there one day!

Oh and that was on Superbowl Sunday... meanwhile check out what Bubs was doing!...

Yes, he climbed up into the DVD drawer and was trying to touch the players! Haha!

And BOO! Here are my freezing kids snuggled up into the single bob stroller while we listened to Rick Santorum speak in McKinney today! I hated leaving early but the low 40's this am were SO COLD!!

I managed to get several blurry pictures of the presidential hopeful this morning as he stopped by McKinney to drum up excitement. So cool! Hope yall are all listening close because this is an important election for our country!
