the birthday girl!!

Wow! What a fun few birthday days Miss 4 had!! We had a blast celebrating Violet's birthday this year and it seems to have continued on for days, with Valentine's Day and her being the Star Student of the week at school... which is really fun! So as to not disappoint my mom I was SnAp-HaPpY the whole weekend!! (that's your warning for lots a pics to follow :)

Here she is last Wednesday night after we made her rice krispy treats for school birthday day. We topped them with some melted chocolate and sprinkles :) She is so sweet... and when she was getting ready to add sprinkles she picked up the bottle and looked at me and said reassuringly "Don't worry I'm just going to sprinkle on a little bit"... I don't know why but this made me feel bad, like I'm a controlling mother who never lets her have let-loose fun.......... SOooooo I said "Oh no Violet, it's your birthday you sprinkle on as MANY as you want!" ha! She looked at me shocked and HaPpY! Then she just dumped them on and this was her result after we spread them out :) Pretty festive I'd say!

Here we are on Saturday night at the Rainforest Cafe! Grandma and Grandpa treated us to a fun evening out to celebrate and what a great idea it was!

She walked down the runway, took a perfect bow and then spun around and around! It was so sweet! The perfect way to begin a year of being four! And then each girl walked down in her own special way- cuuuuute girls!!
