What a fun time it was meeting Santa! Violet wasn't too sure about it but after Weston had his picture taken and Daddy said hello and shook his hand she was ready to go! These are pictures of the pictures, so they don't look so great, but you get the general idea. The kids wore their Christmas pj's for the occasion and let me tell you- this Santa (at the Village of Allen) was the nicest and friendliest one we've been to in the last 3 years!... oh, and we waited in a "virtual" line too. That was kinda cool and would have made a huge difference if it had been majorly crowded.
What a sad picture!! Weston, I promise, you will be getting toys at Christmas!!... He had trouble smiling for the big guy and Mommy was doing everything she could to try and make him happy.... but, oh well!
The tree they have set up there is giant!
It really is gorgeous up close and the lights are coordinated with the songs it plays!
We ate dinner close by and wrote our letter out. Then we walked back over and "mailed" it. Sure is fun being a kid again :)
