a timeline in photos

Today I finally got around to backing up pictures from way too long to just now be backing them up, but that's beside the point... I got to looking at how much Violet has changed in just one short year. Wow!! It's really hard to believe how fast time flies. This seems to be a common theme on lots of family and baby blogs I read... I guess it's just hard to grasp that these little babies we love so much are changing so quick and here we are just trying to keep up by preserving each stage in pictures. It's a bittersweet blessing and a tremendous joy! Some of these you may have seen in previous posts. Here is one moment from each month...

I can speak for her Dad and myself when I say that Violet has brought us more happiness than anything we could have ever dreamed up in our lifetime. She overflows with life, energy, creativity, love, and sweetness. I can not say enough prayers of thanks to our good Lord above for such a tender and sweet baby girl!
